Reliance General Insurance Company celebrated International Women’s Day with women farmers by organizing a special event focused on environmental sustainability and empowerment. As part of the initiative, the company distributed seed balls and plants to the farmers, encouraging afforestation and eco-friendly practices. The event recognized the vital role of women in agriculture and environmental conservation, fostering awareness about sustainable farming and reforestation. Through this meaningful celebration, Reliance General Insurance reaffirmed its commitment to both women’s empowerment and ecological well-being.

RGICL conducted Covid 19 safety awareness activities amongst farmers in Odisha to sensitize on the need to maintain hygiene and social distancing. This was done during Crop Cutting Experiments under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Yojana. Masks & sanitizers were distributed among the farmers and the activities took place adhering to social distancing guidelines.
